‘I will do that as long as I have cartilage. If I keep playing, hopefully the ageing process won’t start.’

Venus Williams recently opened up about her experience with Sjogren’s syndrome, highlighting the challenges it poses for athletes. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she reflected on the various symptoms she faced, stating, “I had all kinds of symptoms, but that was very challenging as an athlete.” Rare complications from the condition can lead to salivary gland infections, kidney issues, ulcers, or pancreatitis.
